Sales Portfolio
A business systems partner, not just a vendor.
DewWow is a consulting partner based in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. We help small and mid-sized businesses replace QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and aging custom systems with one platform that runs the whole business.
Founded in August 2019 by EJ Bantz, DewWow is built on more than two decades of enterprise systems experience. Our team has shipped over one hundred CRM and ERP projects across more than twenty industries. We know what good business systems look like, and we know how badly they go when nobody designs them.
We are an Odoo implementation partner. We also bring deep Salesforce experience to the table when it helps the project — for migrations, integrations, or clients running both platforms.
What sets us apart
- 100% Wisconsin-based, 100% co-located. Every project stays in our Mukwonago office. Same time zone as your business, same accountability, no contractor handoff chains.
- Architect-led engagements. Our principal stays on the work from discovery through go-live. You do not get sold by a partner and handed off to juniors.
- Cross-platform fluency. We came up on the Salesforce side, where the bar for data modeling, automation, and integration is high. We bring that discipline to every Odoo project.
- Documentation is a deliverable. When we leave, your next admin can pick up where we stopped. Object models, admin handovers, training guides, and change logs are part of the work.
- Fixed price available. For implementations with a defined scope, we will commit to a price up front so you know what you are signing for.
Why Odoo, and why us.
Why Odoo
Odoo is one platform for everything a business runs on. Instead of paying for a CRM, an accounting tool, a project tracker, an inventory system, and a website builder, you pay for one platform that does all of it.
Common reasons clients move to Odoo:
- Outgrew QuickBooks plus a stack of disconnected SaaS tools
- A custom or legacy system that no longer fits the business
- A larger ERP (SAP, NetSuite) that costs too much to operate
- Need ERP capability without enterprise overhead
Odoo is open-source, modular, and priced for businesses that cannot justify enterprise software. It scales from ten employees to several hundred.
Why DewWow
Most Odoo partners are technical installers. They configure the software and move on.
DewWow is a business systems partner. We design how your data should flow before we configure anything. We integrate where it makes sense and avoid integration where it does not. We document what we built so the next person can maintain it.
What that looks like in practice:
- Discovery sessions that surface business rules, not just screen requirements
- Data models that survive the second year of use
- Real automation, not duct tape between modules
- Reporting that matches how the business actually thinks
- Support that is a partnership, not a help-desk ticket queue
Services and capabilities.
We work across the full lifecycle of a business systems engagement, from first discovery through long-term support. Engagements are commonly bundled, but each service can be sold on its own.
Implementation
Full Odoo rollouts. Discovery, configuration, customization, data load, training, and go-live. Fixed price available when scope is clear.
Migration
Moving data and workflows from QuickBooks, NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, custom systems, or spreadsheets into Odoo. We have moved hundreds of thousands of records on past projects.
Integration
Connecting Odoo to ERPs, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, shipping carriers, banking, and external CRMs. REST, SOAP, webhooks, and XML-RPC.
Custom Development
Building the parts of Odoo that do not come out of the box. New modules, new screens, new workflows, custom reports, and embedded business rules.
Managed Services
Ongoing support, optimization, and small enhancements. Monthly retainer or as-needed. We catch problems before users notice them.
Staffing
Dedicated admins or developers from our Wisconsin team for clients who need a long-term seat, not a project. Embedded with your team.
Health Check
A flat-fee review of an existing Odoo or Salesforce deployment. Output is a written report with prioritized recommendations and a remediation roadmap.
Training
End-user training, admin handovers, and written documentation that your team can actually find and use after we leave.

Selected work.
Independent car dealers needed a way to publicly report concerning practices and abuse complaints in the wholesale auto auction industry. There was no central place to file a report or track what happened to it.
A public-facing intake form for dealers to submit reports, paired with an admin review backend for the operator to triage, investigate, and respond. Built on Odoo for low ongoing operating cost and rapid extension as the business model is refined.
- Custom Odoo modules covering reports, auction houses, and violation categories
- Multi-step public intake form with confirmation flow and mockup-driven design
- Admin review queue with triage, assignment, and follow-up tracking
- Hosted on a dedicated Odoo.sh production instance ready for handover when the LLC is formed
Phase one delivered on schedule and on budget. Three feedback sessions are scheduled across the following weeks to refine the system based on early use. Long-term maintenance arrangement in place.
Odoo custom modules, XML-RPC API integration, GitHub-tracked deployments to Odoo.sh, milestone-based billing tied to defined deliverables.
A growing residential turf installation business was running on disconnected tools. Lead intake, scheduling, milestone billing, install crew handoffs, and customer payouts were all manual. Information lived in different heads and different spreadsheets.
A custom Salesforce build covering the full project lifecycle from welcome call to install to closeout to crew payouts. Multi-stage automation moves each project through the right steps automatically. A custom Lightning Web Component gives the team one screen for project status across the whole pipeline.
- Project lifecycle automation: Welcome Call, HOA review, two milestone billings, install scheduling, closeout, payouts
- Lead intake REST API for incoming form submissions
- Calendar integration with YouCanBookMe for installer scheduling
- Custom Lightning Web Component for live project tracking
- Three role-based permission sets (Admin, Coordinator, Manager) with field-level access controls
One source of truth for every install. Crews and back office now see the same project status. The business can scale install volume without scaling administrative overhead.
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, REST APIs, custom permission sets, source-controlled deployments via SFDX and Git.
A vehicle reseller needed a system to handle the full lifecycle of a vehicle sale, from initial offer through title transfer, across both dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-consumer channels. Data was scattered across spreadsheets and ad hoc tools.
A complete Partner Community for dealership buyers, plus a dealer-facing operations hub. Integrated commercial document signing, vehicle shipping, mapping, and intelligent buyer assistance.
- Custom objects covering the vehicle lifecycle: Offers, Agreements, Payments, Shipments, Titles, Wishlists, Dealer Allocations
- Fourteen custom metadata types for configurable business rules
- Integrations with VIN decoding, Google Routes for distance and transit, PlateToVIN, DocuSign for signatures, and shipping providers
- Lightning Web Components for the dealer dashboard, offer management, and shipment tracking inside Experience Cloud
- Trigger framework with handler pattern across eight objects for clean automation
A unified platform supporting both B2B and B2C sides of the business. Dealers and consumers see the same vehicle data, the same pricing, and the same status updates.
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex with handler pattern triggers, Lightning Web Components, custom metadata types, REST API integrations (DocuSign JWT, VIN Decode, Google Routes, PlateToVIN).
Sales reps were quoting complex industrial bulk containers and drums with dozens of configurable options — drum type, plug style, ring, paint, lining, hoops, lid, plate, and valves. Each option depended on previous selections. Rep error was producing invalid quotes and slowing the order-to-cash cycle.
A reusable Lightning Web Component that drives reps through valid combinations only. Backed by hundreds of product verification records, the system enforces engineering rules in real time as the rep configures the product.
- Custom cascading picklist Lightning Web Component, dynamic and reusable
- Nearly five hundred product verification configurations as the source of truth
- Multi-screen IBC selection flow with four driver screens for lid, plate, and valve choices
- Multi-value picklist support for build options where multiple selections are valid
- Locked field handling for site-specific selections that cannot be changed downstream
Reps now produce valid quotes in less time. Engineering rules are enforced at the point of sale instead of caught at order entry. The component is reusable across other product lines.
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components, dynamic picklist rendering, Flow integration for quote generation, custom data model for verification rules.
An IT services business unit was being carved out of a parent company. The new entity had to stand up its own Salesforce instance and migrate from a legacy Oracle CRM with 173-field opportunity headers and 187-field opportunity line items, all while running active deals and renewals.
A phased migration with full field mapping, CPQ configuration, billing model rebuild, and renewals management. Integrations with finance and service delivery systems followed in later phases.
- Field-by-field mapping across hundreds of source fields into a Salesforce data model
- External ID strategy for Opportunity Line Item and Opportunity Contact Role migration
- Salesforce CPQ configuration including dozens of active price rules
- Bill of materials translation for product complexity
- Renewals management workflow
- Integrations with Sage Intacct for finance and Kimble/Kantata for service delivery
A new business unit operating on its own Salesforce instance with continuity of customer data, billing, and service delivery. No revenue stoppage during cutover.
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Bulk API, Python data transformation scripts, Sage Intacct integration, Kimble/Kantata for PSA, gap analysis and transformation standards documentation.
An education delivery business was running more than two hundred online programs at a time for university clients. Each launch required dozens of internal tasks — SFTP setup, single sign-on configuration, surveys, evaluations. Doing this by hand was breaking under volume.
A template-based program management system. Eighteen active templates define the workflow for different program types. Each new program automatically generates the right tasks with the right due dates and the right owners.
- Custom objects for Program Data, Program Tracker, and Program Tracker Items
- Eighteen active workflow templates covering different program types
- Conditional logic so tasks appear only when relevant (SFTP, SSO, surveys, evaluations)
- Automated due date calculations from program launch dates
- Production deployment with full admin handover documentation
Program launches moved from manual checklist work to a system that generates the right tasks automatically. The team grew capacity without growing headcount. Delivery quality became consistent across program types.
Salesforce Sales Cloud, custom objects with template inheritance pattern, Flow automation with conditional logic, due date calculations, source-controlled deployments.

A note on team size
We are deliberately small. That means our principals stay on every project, and your account manager is the same person who designs and ships the work. When we need extra capacity, we bring in vetted local Wisconsin contractors we have worked with before. We do not subcontract offshore.
Let’s talk.
If a prospect looks like a fit, the fastest path is a warm email introduction. Send it to EJ directly. We respond same-day during business hours.
