ERP Consultant for Southeast Wisconsin

ERP implementation for small and mid-sized businesses across southeast Wisconsin, delivered by a team that lives here.

Most ERP advice is written for companies with a hundred million in revenue and a full-time IT department. That is not who we work with. We work with businesses between roughly five and a hundred employees, usually with no IT staff, where the person evaluating ERP is also the person running operations.

For that profile, the honest shortlist is short. NetSuite and Dynamics are typically out on price and implementation weight. QuickBooks plus spreadsheets is what you are already escaping. Odoo sits in the middle, and it is what we specialize in.

When Odoo is not the right answer

We would rather say this up front than three weeks into a project:

  • If you need deep, industry-certified compliance in a heavily regulated niche, a specialist vertical product usually beats configuring Odoo to match it.
  • If you have hundreds of field technicians and dispatch complexity is the whole business, Salesforce Field Service is genuinely stronger. We wrote that comparison ourselves.
  • If your only real problem is bookkeeping, you may just need a better accountant, not an ERP.

Where Odoo does win is breadth for the money: one database covering sales, inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, projects and service, at a price that does not require a board meeting.

The region we cover

From Mukwonago we reach most of southeast Wisconsin inside an hour: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth County, Jefferson County and the Lake Geneva area. Madison and the Fox Valley are a longer drive but well within reach for projects that warrant it.

Most of the work is remote regardless. The reason geography matters at all is that the two moments where being in the room changes the outcome — the initial process walkthrough and go-live week — are the two moments a remote-only vendor will skip.

Published rates, no discovery-call gate

Our rates are on the website because we think hiding them wastes everyone's time. Implementation work runs $65 per hour on the smallest pack down to $50 per hour on the largest, sold as prepaid hour packs from $260 to $10,000.

Odoo's own licensing is separate and paid to Odoo, not to us. The pricing page explains that split, what actually drives project cost, and realistic timelines for each pack.
