Where we fit

What we do on Salesforce
- Administration and managed support. Users, permissions, page layouts, and the steady stream of small requests that pile up without an admin.
- Flow and automation. Building and untangling automation, including orgs carrying years of overlapping workflow rules, process builders, and flows.
- Apex and Lightning development. Triggers, batch jobs, Lightning Web Components, and integrations against the Salesforce API.
- Reporting people believe. Fixing the data behind the dashboard, not just the dashboard.
- Data work. Migrations, deduplication, and cleanup.
- Integrations. Connecting Salesforce to ERP, accounting, shipping, and whatever else runs the business.
Who we serve
We are based in Mukwonago, about 30 miles southwest of downtown Milwaukee. That puts Milwaukee, Waukesha County, Racine, Kenosha, Madison, and most of southeast Wisconsin inside an easy drive. We work remotely across the country too, but being able to sit in your conference room matters more often than vendors admit.
Manufacturers, distributors, professional services firms, and the trades. Small and mid-sized businesses where one system going wrong is felt the same week.
Custom used to cost more and deliver less
It is not any more. Salesforce will not deploy Apex until 75% of it is covered by tests, and writing those tests used to be a third of the build. That is the part AI does best. Our rate went from $145 an hour to $65, and the fixed cost of starting a custom build came down with it. You get more for the money too. A custom build fits how your business actually works, instead of bending your process to fit a picklist.
Simple things are still simple
The crossover moved. It did not disappear. If a validation rule solves your problem, we will tell you to use a validation rule and charge you for the hour it took.
AI also helps least on the hard parts. Governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, large data volumes. A person still owns those, and that is where our review time goes.
What it costs
The same rate card as our Odoo work. Blocks of prepaid hours from $65 an hour, falling to $50 on the larger blocks. Buy 4 hours for a specific problem or 200 for an ongoing engagement.
Questions
You moved to Odoo. Are you still doing Salesforce?
Yes. New business development is Odoo, and we are open about that. Salesforce work continues and we are not winding down clients who want to stay.
Will you try to move us to Odoo?

Often. A good share of our Salesforce work is delivered under a partner's brand as their build team. If you found us through a partner, say so and we will route it correctly.
