AI Consulting for Salesforce and Odoo
Practical AI inside the Salesforce or Odoo system you already run, from senior consultants who will tell you plainly which ideas are worth the money.
Start with the system you already run. Salesforce and Odoo both ship AI features, and much of the data your team needs is already in them. The work is connecting the two in a way your team will use and your business can trust.
We are a Salesforce Consulting Partner and an Odoo Ready Partner in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, and our team brings 25+ years in business systems. Our first conversation is about how the work gets done today and where it breaks down. It is not about a model.
Where AI earns its place
We connect the AI features in Salesforce and Odoo to assistants your team can use in its daily work. Three examples:
Drafting quotes
An assistant drafts the quote, so your team starts from a draft instead of a blank form.
Reading vendor documents into inventory
At a wholesale food distributor on Odoo, receiving starts with a photo. Snap the vendor's delivery sheet, and the system creates the inventory entries.
Answering questions about your own data
Ask about your own records and get an answer, without anyone writing a report first.
The food distributor's full story is in our case studies.
Plenty of AI ideas are not worth the money
We will say so when that is true. If a report, a validation rule, or a simple automation solves the problem, you will hear that from us first, and the bill will be small.
Questions worth answering before you spend anything:
- Is the data there, and do people trust it? An assistant can only work with what is in your system. If nobody trusts the reports today, fix the data behind them first.
- Who checks the output? Decide who reviews it before it reaches a customer or your books.
- Is the feature in your license? Some AI features in Salesforce and Odoo depend on your edition or plan, or are sold as add-ons.
- Can your data go to a third-party AI service at all? If not, read the next section.
When your data cannot go to a third-party AI
Our standard tools run on trusted commercial AI services. Some businesses cannot use them: defense and aerospace suppliers under ITAR or CMMC, healthcare organizations handling PHI, law firms and accountants holding privileged material, and anyone whose customer contracts prohibit third-party AI processing.
For them we offer Private AI Delivery. The AI-assisted work on your project runs on self-hosted open-weight models, on a dedicated machine in our Mukwonago office. Nothing about your engagement is sent to an external AI service. At the end you get a written record of what ran where, which you can hand to an auditor.
It adds cost, and on the hardest work open models still trail the best commercial ones. If your data has no restriction on it, you do not need it, and we will tell you so. See how Private AI Delivery works.
How we use AI on our own work
We build with AI tools on every project, under senior review. Senior consultants plan the solution, make the decisions, and review every change. The tools do the repetitive building and testing, which is how we deliver faster without cutting corners.
The tools help least on the hard parts. On Salesforce that means governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, and large data volumes. A person owns those, and that is where our review time goes.
Using these tools on every project is how we know where they help and where they do not. That is the advice you get from us.
