The shutoff, the gate, and the storm, for one subdivision
For the office that manages single-family subdivisions and already sends these notices by hand
You write the email, the text, and the phone script separately. DewAlert sends each one only to the residents who asked for that channel. Your residents do not get a login. A reply comes back to the managers for that subdivision.
Some residents leave for the season. Put the months on each person and send only to the people whose months include today, or send to the whole list. The ones you skip stay on the list. A notice can also go to one street.
This purchase is one subdivision for 12 months. Another subdivision your office manages is another purchase at the same price. The subdivision is open within 14 days of payment. It renews once a year until you write to sales@dewwow.com.
What your office gets
- Up to 1,500 enrolled residents, and up to 8 people in your office who can send
- Email on every notice, with no email overage
- 50,000 text segments a year. On a list of about 500, that is about 100 texts if everyone is on text and each text is one segment
- 8,000 phone minutes a year. About 16 call-outs to that same list. One recording is played to everyone who asked for calls
- The whole subdivision, or one street
- You import the roster you already keep. Each resident chooses email, text, phone, or all three
- One subdivision cannot see another's residents or notices
If you go past the allowance
Unused text segments and phone minutes do not roll over. The extra is billed quarterly. Email has none. Text is $0.02 per segment. Phone is $0.04 per minute. Those rates cover the United States and Canada and stay fixed for the first year. A mobile in Europe is priced before the first message to that country.
Worth telling the board
- Single-family homes. This is not a notice for a building
- Meeting notices, elections, budgets, fines, and lien notices stay on the path the association uses now
- A text or a call goes only to a resident who opted in. STOP on a number ends texts to that number
- Before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. Eastern, the sender is warned and decides. The clock stays on Eastern time
- One call per notice. Voicemail can keep the same recording. DewAlert does not answer the phone, and it does not take 911 calls
- A subdivision over 1,500 enrolled residents is priced before the extra names are imported
