Everything your office needs for the communities it runs: notices by email, text and recorded call, dues with online payment, requests and violations, and an optional resident portal with documents. Notices go only to the residents who chose each method. Residents pay dues straight into their association's own Stripe account. Each community includes 50,000 text segments and 8,000 call minutes a year, shared across your communities.
