DewAlert Text Message Terms

DewAlert is a notice service from DewWow LLC. Property managers use it to tell residents of a subdivision about events that affect their homes, such as maintenance, utility work, closures, and weather preparation.
Signing Up
You get DewAlert texts only if you sign up on your subdivision's DewAlert page and check the box to receive texts. Texts are optional. You can get notices by email instead.
How Often
Message frequency varies with what is happening in your subdivision.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. DewWow does not charge you for texts.
Stopping Texts
Reply STOP to any DewAlert text. You will get one text confirming the opt-out, and no more texts after that. You can sign up again on your subdivision's page.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See the DewWow Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your mobile number or your text message consent.
